Guten Morgen. We leave Munich today for Salzburg. A single train to Austria with no transfers today. The Rothenburg to Munich trains went well and Hotel Torbrau has been a great base for us. We have walked to the Hoffbrau Haus, Viktuelen Markt with lots of vendors for foods and goods and beir gardens. First night was a wonderful meal at Spaten Haus. Then walking the next day through old city Munich and lots of history. And of course a few stops, like when we happened upon the Schmidt Sohn Weiss Haus for a fresh half litre of Adventius. Lot’s of good food at various stops. Charles I am trying to get the Frauen in shape for some hiking! And looking forward to some Swiss Bier but first Austria.
